Due to the nature of the business and strict laws related to the sale/purchase of prescription medicines we do not offer returns.
If in any unlikely event you received the wrong product or the product you received isn’t as described then you can request a full reship or 40% refund.
Following are the cases where you can request a refund or reship.
Not Delivered: You can request a reship or refund if you have not received your product within 30 days from the date of shipment.
Wrong Order: If you have received the wrong product or the product is not as described then you can request a reship or refund.
You cannot request a reship or refund if:
- You changed his/her address.
- You provided a wrong address.
- The order arrived at the right address, but there was no one to claim it.
- The order arrived at the right address, but someone else claimed it.
**In case of reship customer has to pay the shipping charges and has to change the delivery method.
**In case of unavailability of the product you will receive any other equivalent.
